EdVenture Consulting Pty Ltd respects the confidentiality of personal information supplied to us.

EdVenture Consulting Pty Ltd is bound by the National Privacy Principles (NPP) and other requirements, under The Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) of March 2014.

We collect personal information from our Host Families and study tour participants to provide required information to our overseas clients.  We only supply that information to those clients.  We do not provide your personal information to third parties.  We may, however, use your personal information to notify you by mail or email about new study tours or other information from time to time.

Any information such as Medicare numbers, Driver’s Licence or Passport numbers provided to EdVenture Consulting in order to apply for a Blue Card is not retained by EdVenture once the required Blue Card has been received by you.

You are required to provide certain personal information in order to involve yourself in an EdVenture program.  Generally, this personal information is comprised of your name and contact details.  Your personal information is processed in our secure database system by authorized staff and is only used for the purposes of our programs.

Your personal information is only released to our clients and agents overseas.  If this is not acceptable and/or you do not wish to receive future mailings or contact from EdVenture via email or telephone, please contact us by email via the form on this page or mail to EdVenture Consulting Pty Ltd PO Box 385 Carina Q 4152, and include your name and street address, telephone number (as previously provided to EdVenture).

If there is a change to any of your personal details, please advise EdVenture Consulting of the changes by email using the form on this page or post  EdVenture Consulting Pty Ltd PO Box 385 Carina Q 4152.

Protecting the privacy of EdVenture host families and participants is an important and fundamental principle of EdVenture’s operations and we will continue to protect the personal information you entrust to us.
